Technical Support during the hours of 10:00am to 8:00pm Eastern Time is free of charge for those on the subscription plan of $39.00 per month. THIS IS NOT A SUPPORT CONTRACT and the subscription plan covers much more than Tech Support, however, if you are on the subscription plan there is no charge for calls placed during those hours.

Normal Business Hours "LIVE' Telephone Support fees are free with subscription or $25 per 15 minutes for clients who are
grandfathered in (only applies to prior clients existing with us since 2005 or earlier that have decided against the subscription.)
Tech support (24 x 7) AFTER HOURS Support fees are - $25 per 15 minutes regardless of your subscription or support contract status.
