ProSolutions offers several different ways to get you the training you and your staff need to properly use Transcend.

Classes:

Live On Line Classes are available the last Monday of every month barring holidays. These classes are 3 hours long and cover all the basics of the software. These classes are always free and are a great tool for new front desk employees and for any customer that has recently purchased the software. They are also very helpful as a "refresher" course for more experienced users.

Live Classes are held annually and are two 6 hour days at a location popular with our clients throughout the U.S. Classes have been held in Miami Beach, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and New York. Our next class will be held in the fall of 2011. Please check back for details on locations and dates.

Daily training is available at no charge during regular business hours by simply calling our 800 number and selecting option "3." This will put you into the training queue. We ask that training questions be limited to one question at a time (or fifteen minutes) so that we can be sure to get to everybody in the queue. However, you are free to be placed back in the queue if you have more questions or simply to call as often as you’d like.

Training videos are available embedded in your software, on our website, or to have emailed to you.

The manual is available in book form for a fee, or in pdf form at no charge on our website. You can also link to the manual HERE.

Training questions can also be emailed to support@prosolutionssoftware.com, just like technical support questions and will be answered usually the same day but within 48 business hours.
